Drawing from personal healing experiences, yogic practices, and traditional wisdom, my mission is to empower people to live with greater awareness, vitality, and inner peace. True power already exists with us, we just need to know how to harness and align that Power.

My philosophy

I am Sneha, a Yoga Teacher and Health Educator dedicated to guiding individuals toward holistic well-being and balance in life. I am an Internationally and Government Certified Yoga Teacher, and I have been teaching yoga and conducting health awareness programs since 2020, both in India and internationally, across various platforms. My work is rooted in the belief that true health is not limited to physical fitness. It is a harmonious balance of body, mind, emotions, and spirit

I am a sincere seeker of balance, well-being, and humanity. I believe in simple living, mindful nourishment, and disciplined daily routines aligned with Ayurvedic wisdom. Regular practice of Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, along with spiritual awareness, forms the foundation of holistic health and inner stability.
